I think commentators are wrong about technical decision of cut. If a cut is caused by a punch; it doesn't matter which round it's stopped, it's a TKO. As far as i know, if stoppage is caused by an unintentional headbutt cut and stopped in first 4 rounds it's a draw; after 4 rounds, they go to cards.
